    Family and disabled changing rooms
The Aquadome has large family and disabled changing rooms with changing cubicles. Our family and disabled changing room is reserved for disabled guests and parents with children over 6 years of age of the opposite sex. Other guests are requested to use our women’s or men’s changing room.

All guests MUST soap up and rinse off before using the Aquadome and pools.

  • Remember your nappy swimming costume

Please note that children under 3 years of age must wear a nappy swimming costume in the Aquadome – even if your child no longer uses a nappy. Nappy swimming costumes are made from neoprene and have broad sealed edges at the legs and stomach. We recommend that children wear a swim nappy under their nappy swimming costume. • Bathing safety

The whole family can swim safely at the Lalandia Aquadome, although your visit is at your own risk – safety is always top of the agenda! At the Lalandia Aquadome, there are always at least 3 professional lifeguards on duty to keep an eye on our happy bathing guests.

All lifeguards receive continuous professional training. Each year, they must pass the professional lifeguard exam. In addition, they receive weekly training in resuscitation and first-aid, etc. Thus, our lifeguards meet all the current requirements so they are able to offer rapid, skilled and well-qualified rescue efforts in emergencies.

Lalandia’s safety rules fulfil – and further build on – the guidelines issued by the Danish Council for Greater Water Safety in cooperation with the Danish Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health and Politimesterforeningen (the Association of Danish Police Constables).

No bathing equipment such as swim wings and bathing rings are available in the Aquadome, but you are welcome to bring your own or purchase them from the Aquadome Shop, where you can also buy swim nappies and waterproof baby pants.

Surf Club Terrace

Enjoy your meal on the terrace at Surf Club Food Court. When the family’s energy levels are replenished, you can continue your day in the Aquadome, ready for more fun experiences.

Changing rooms and nappy swimming costumes

Changing facilities

Our changing rooms are child- and disabled-friendly, light and practical, with lots of space. We do not use keys for the lockers, as the wristband all guests receive on arrival also serves as a locker key. For families with small children there are also baby changing facilities in the changing rooms.

Remember nappy swimming costumes

Please note that children under 3 years of age must wear a nappy swimming costume in the Aquadome – even if your child no longer uses a nappy. Nappy swimming costumes are made from neoprene and have broad sealed edges at the legs and stomach. We recommend that children wear a swim nappy under their nappy swimming costume. Children over 3 years of age still using a nappy must also wear a nappy swimming costume. Bring your own or buy them from the Aquadome Shop.
